    In this article, the FCC has left talks to negotiate how internet traffic should be handled by high-speed service providers. These companies feel that rules are needed to stop slowing or blocking of digital data by 3rd party competitors. Larger companies like Google have proposals which may help to bring a more neutral data transfer protocal to online companies and provider subscribers. Agreementshave been reached at this point that “all options are open…on this vital issue”
