    This article states that fears are growing about censorship of the internet as the Centre for Computer Incidents in Kazakstan. This watchdog agency is assigned the task of assuring that “destructive resources” are regulated and journalists fear that this will open the door to filtering news and information that may be counter to what the government promotes.
