    The European Organization for Nuclear Research, or CERN, plans to collide proton beams at record breaking energy levels come March 30th. The machine has been circulating proton beams at energy levels 3.5 times the previous record set last year and scientists say that it will help reveal secrets on what the universe is made up of.
