    Nokia announced on Friday April 2, 2010 that it wants to acquire the outstanding shares of mobile internet software company Novarra (based in Chicago, with about 100 employees). Nokia expects to launch later in the year a “new service based on the Novarra technology platform.” No other details were disclosed.
