    This is a fairly detailed look at the changes in Weight Watchers new Points Plus program. Instead of counting calories, the system assigns points based on protein, fiber, carbs and fats. The plan comes down hard against processed foods, which get high-point values, in favor or fresh and unprocessed foods. So far, Points Plus has received mixed reviews from members of Weight Watchers.
